Shipping Policy

 We ship worldwide. 

*All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification.

*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier, holidays or the weather. 

*All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10 USD.

*Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.

*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

*Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.

*We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please double check to ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct. We are not able to change an address once you have placed your order. Thank you for understanding. 

LATREASA NICOLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.

REROUTED PACKAGES

If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned to us.

For Lost Packages Where Tracking Shows They Were Delivered

  1. File Claim with USPS
  2. File police report
  3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International orders are sent out via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping times depend on the final destination country. Shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. 

We try our best to make sure duties on our products remain low, but if you are an international buyer, some duties may apply.

 *To avoid any potential issues with your delivery, please take a moment to double-check and provide an accurate shipping address during checkout.

*It's important to note that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for helping us deliver your orders promptly and accurately.
